There are unsung heroes that have changed our world for the better, but there is one that most people overlook and take for granted every day, that is the Sun. Don't look at her directly though, without special equipment your eyeballs might regret it!

Here is a timeline of The Sun's amazing achievements

~4,600,000 B.C. The Sun is born.
~3,500,000 B.C. The Sun helps life start on Earth.
~1,300,000 B.C. The Sun helps some of the first fungi to grow on Earth.
~700,000 B.C. The Sun helps some of the first plants to grow on Earth.
~650,000 B.C. Plants start to become fossil fuels that are then stored in Earth.
~1780 A.D. Humans start using fossil fuels that the Sun help make to improve lives.
1807 A.D. First fossil-fuel-powered car invented, or more like first ancient-sun-powered car invented, amirite?
1883 A.D. Humans find that waiting thousands of years for more fossil fuels is inefficient and invent solar cells for quicker access to the Sun's power.
~8 Minutes Ago The Sun sends 170,000,000,000,000,000 Joules to Earth by a special delivery truck called the Speed of Light that you are now recieving.
~80 Milliseconds Ago You can see your surroundings that The Sun covers.
